Open RFP's and BidsUPDATE 2/18/24: We are excited to announce that the Aquatic Facility construction is open for bids. There will be a bidwalk on February 27 at 10:00 AM starting at the CARD office located at 545 Vallombrosa Ave, Chico CA. Bidding closes on March 14 at 2:00 PM and bids will be read at this time.
