ShortE Sports (Ages 3-5)

Big fun for our tiniest athletes! ShortE Sports introduces children ages 3–5 to the exciting world of sports through playful games, simple skill-building drills, and plenty of opportunities to move and explore. With supportive coaches and age-appropriate instruction, ShortEs will build confidence, make new friends, and lay the foundation for a lifelong Love of the Game!

What to Bring: All equipment is provided! Participants should wear athletic clothing and closed-toed athletic shoes and bring plenty of water. General youth sports jerseys are optional and can be purchased at the CARD Office, 545 Vallombrosa Ave, for $18.

Location: Meet us at the Chapman Park Grass Field, 775 E. 16th St.

Weather: Programs canceled due to rain, heat, or air quality will be rescheduled for up to one week at the season's end or credited to your account. All updates will be posted at least one hour before the program starts at www.chicorec.gov/fields

Budding Buddies

What are Budding Buddies programs? Budding Buddies is a Parent & Tot program umbrella of a variety of classes run by our incredible Toddler Team that are fun, engaging, and active programs for young children and their caregivers to learn, play, and grow together!
