Games, Staff and Kung-Fu (Ages 6-9)

This class will be a fun and educational class for the students . It is designed to improve focus and coordination while also encouraging good behavior at home, at school, everywhere. Students will have the opportunity to learn some simple self defense moves plus learn to coordinate with a Kung Fu staff. In addition to learning these skills we will have fun games that focus on life's skills such as listening ,cooperation,and honesty to name a few.
