Ready to discover the game of tennis, or get back into the swing of things? CARD’s Adult Tennis Clinics are the perfect way to start (or restart) your tennis journey! Designed for beginners and early intermediate players, these clinics provide a fun and supportive environment where you can learn the game, develop your skills, and enjoy every moment on the court. Each lesson is maxed at 8 participants.

Fencing

Whether inspired by a swashbuckling blockbuster, or a dream of competing for gold at the Olympics, there is a place for everyone in the art of fencing. Classes will teach students the fundamentals of fencing as well as bring them up to a competitive level if they so desire.

Tai Chi Chuan 

Although T'ai Chi Ch'uan is relatively well known, the depth of this art based on Chinese medical knowledge, martial arts, philosophy, and meditation is worthy of pursuit by all ages. T'ai Chi Ch'uan is beneficial for all ages for many reasons. It is well known to be a mind and body exercise and for a present state of mindfulness with a state of flow moving from the core.
