Sycamore Pool is an untreated natural waterway. Creeks, streams, and other natural waterways are untreated water sources that may contain germs, bacteria, viruses, and parasites that can cause waterborne illnesses or infections.

When swimming in any natural waterway, it is recommended to:

  • Avoid swallowing water
  • Rinse off your body with fresh water after swimming
  • Wash your hands with soap and water before eating

Sycamore Pool is monitored closely during the summer, and advisories are updated and posted accordingly.

**Lifeguards will not be on duty while the swimming advisory is in place.**
