Whether you're easing back into exercise or just wanting to start a new routine, "Move and Feel Better" offers a safe, welcoming space to help you reach your goals. We begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by a blend of strength, balance, and light cardio exercises, and end with a restorative cool-down. This program focuses on improving balance, mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. It's adaptable for all fitness levels—whether you're sitting or standing, you can move at your own pace. Let's have fun and feel better!

Wear comfortable clothes, closed toed shoes, and bring a water bottle.
