Welcome to Summertime Delight! 

Below you will find important details about the camp. Please make sure to read through all of the information. 

Daily Camp Essentials 

  • Large Healthy Lunch- The free lunch program at Bidwell Jr High is no longer taking place
  • Plenty of snacks & water (Name clearly written on water bottle)
  • Swim clothes, towel, sunscreen. We take campers to the PV pool each day of camp. 
  • Campers are allowed to buy 1 item from the snack bar at the pool. Snack bar prices range from $1-$3. 
  • Campers must be able to apply sunscreen on themselves. Staff are not allowed to do so. 
  • Comfortable clothing to be able to take part in all the fun activities we have planned during camp.
  • Close-toed shoes with a heel strap are required for camp.
  • If your camper does not come to camp with appropriate shoes, you will be asked to drop some off and your child(ren) will not be able to participate in certain camp activities until shoes are provided.

Drop/Pick Up Times:

Drop Off- Drop Off begins at 7:30a 

Pick Up - Pick up before 5:30p

There may be a fee charged if campers are picked up late. 

Summertime Delight Camp Notes

Summertime Delight is an electronics-free camp.

  • Please inform your child they will not be able to be on their phone at camp.
  • If you need to contact your camper or they need to contact you, we will use the camp phone listed above. 

Field Trip Requirements

  • Signed permission slip. We will have some on site for you to complete or you can print and complete the form sent via email. If you do not receive an email, please call us at (530)895-4711 ext. 0 so that we may send you a permission slip.
  • Camp T-shirt
    • Shirts will be given out at pick-up on the first day of camp. (Camp shirts are required for ALL field trips)
  • Comfortable clothing and shoes to walk in. 

Emergency Contact Forms

You should have completed the attached "Emergency Contact Form" when you registered your child for camp. If you would like to add a contact or update your form, please complete the  form below and bring it with you to the first day of camp.

Summer Emergency Contact Form

Only the people listed on this form are allowed to pick your child up from camp. Photo ID is required every day to sign your child out.
