Adult Ballet- Absolute Beginner Adult Ballet

Adult Ballet is suitable for the male or female dancer (age 16 and up) with either experience or is a quick learner. Continue your training with a seasoned professional who connects well with adults. Attention is paid to proper body alignments, use of legs and feet, and developing movement sequences through coordination of the arms and head. Come get some great exercise with a wonderful group of people.

Adult Belly Dance

Belly dance is a low impact dance that has been enjoyed and celebrated by many people of all ages and is a great exercise for dancers and non-dancers alike.
