Aerial Arts & Circus Camp

Fly high at this unique circus themed camp. Learn basics on the lyra (hoop), aerial hammock and trapeze! Aerial arts is a type of performance in which artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from things like fabric or a hoop. Also, have fun with hula hoops, balancing skills, acrobatics and silly skits. Lots of strengthening and stretching along with crafts and games make this a great well-jrounded time at the circus.

Attire

• Girls: A leotard or tight fitted leggings. No crop tops or sports bras please.
• Boys: Comfortable clothing with a shirt that can be tucked in.
• Bare feet.
• Leotards and more available at Kinetics dancewear store.
