CARD Sports Institute (CSI)

Welcome to the CARD Sports Institute (aka CSI)! Each session will focus on developing individual skills, with the progression of fundamentals, footwork, and technique. Each day will contain a structured breakdown and development curriculum for each athlete based on the selected sport.

General Information

Check-In & Out: Please sign in and out your participants at each session. We will begin signing in participants 5 minutes before the program is scheduled to start- PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE PROGRAM SITE EARLIER THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR START TIME. 

Equipment: All equipment is provided. Participants should arrive in athletic clothing/shoes and bring plenty of water to each session.
