Leadership Launchpad

Throughout our week we will launch into leadership with an action-packed, one-week summer camp intensively built to ignite leadership skills. With hands-on activities, team-building, event planning, and expert guidance from passionate mentors, each day we will explore essential leadership qualities like communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making, all while forming friendships and gaining confidence as a leader. From adventure challenges and games to inspiring workshops & stories, each day will be packed with opportunities to learn, grow, and lead. By the end every camper will leave feeling empowered and equipped with the skills to launch into leadership in their school, community, and beyond! Each day will have a unique theme, and we encourage participants to dress up for each!

•  Monday- Ignite Your Inner Leader: Wild & Free Creativity Day- A fun day where campers are encouraged to dress in their most creative, expressive outfits—like artists, dreamers, or inventors. This theme emphasizes the importance of thinking outside the box and being true to yourself as a leader. On this day we will explore how leaders can be creative in their roles and we will create and prepare a culminating event to celebrate on the last day of camp!

• Tuesday- The Leadership League: Unleash your inner Superhero- campers dress up as their favorite superheroes (or create their own) to celebrate the idea that leadership comes in all forms. In our hero training camp we will discuss what superpowers leaders have, how to battle villains that dull our shine, and participate in superhero boot camp challenges!

•  Wednesday- Power Moves & Power Suits: Dress for Success- come dressed in professional attire & the day will focus on how what we put out into the world can influence not only how others perceive us, but how we perceive ourselves as leaders. Through a series of engaging activities, participants will learn the importance of making thoughtful  choices in branding, marketing, professionalism, and how these choices can enhance their leadership  

• Thursday- Legends of Leadership Day-Campers can come dressed as legendary mythological figures or heroes from various cultures, like Hercules, Joan of Arc, or Robin Hood. We hope to spark discussions about the timeless qualities of leadership in storytelling and history and watch a sweet movie together that is jam packed with leadership lessons.

• Friday- Together we Shine: Team spirit day- Dress in the colors or gear of a favorite sports team or in your camp/Inspire shirts to symbolize the importance of teamwork and unity. After the bases are loaded with leadership practice, we will run home to celebrate our leaders in the week of growth, fun and friendship with a party planned  from the first day!
