Summer Camps
🎉 We’ve Upgraded Our Registration System
Signing up for classes, camps, sports leagues, and activities just got easier. Beginning April 1, 2026, CARD is launching a new online registration system designed to make browsing programs, building wishlists, and checking out faster and more convenient for everyone. You’ll enjoy a personalized dashboard, a streamlined login experience, and new features like FastTrack, which lets you save programs before registration opens.
Here’s what you need to know:Â
- All NEW summer program registrations will now happen in the new system.Â
- Your previous Active account will no longer work for future signups starting in June, so you’ll need to create a new Rec account to register.Â
- If you’re currently enrolled in a program, don’t worry. Your existing registrations will remain accessible in the old system until they’re completed.

Important Information for All Camps
-
Registration and Attendance
- Program openings are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Some camps and programs have a registration deadline, registrations after the deadline may not be possible.
- Program and camp fees are flat-rate and not prorated for missed days or partial attendance.
-
Waiting Lists
- If a program is full, you may add your child to the Waitlist. If a space in the program becomes available, you will be contacted to complete registration.
-
What if my child needs assistance to participate in a camp?Â
- CARD is committed to providing opportunities to play for campers of all abilities. If your camper needs specific accomodations, please complete an Accommodation Request Form, found here.
- Accomodation requests must be completed at least four (4) weeks prior to the program start date that is registered for.
- After submitting a request, a representative from our Inclusion Team will reach out to you directly.Â
CARD Refund and Credit Policy
-
Refunds and Account Credits
- Refunds or account credits for program cancellations are determined based on the timing of the request. If a cancellation is made five days or more before the program start date, a 100% refund will be issued. For cancellations made four days or fewer before the start date, administrative approval is required. Account credits may or may not be available depending on the specific program. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the program begins are not eligible for refunds or account credits.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If cash, expired credit card, or check were used in the original payment, we must issue a check for the refund amount. A monetary credit can be made to a customer’s account for future use, which will expire in two years. In the instance that a credit expires, all efforts will be made to contact the client about the pending expiration.
-
District Cancellations
- All program cancellations due to low enrollment or any other unforeseen circumstance will be refunded. Cancellations due to rain, heat, or air quality will be rescheduled for up to one week at the end of the season, when possible
